We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.

THE DELIVERY PERIOD STARTS WHEN THE DELIVERY COMPANY COLLECTS THE PARCEL.

Republic of Ireland – FREE Delivery on orders over €100

Northern Ireland – FREE Delivery on orders over €100

(Republic of Ireland & NI – all orders are shipped from our Irish / Northern Ireland warehouse so you don't have to worry about customs charges or delays)

EU & International Shipping – All our International Shipping rates are available at checkout.

Please be aware that if your product is held or delayed in customs, we (PROSupply) or the courier cannot get more updates than what appears on your tracking info. Any delays outside of our standard stated delivery times due to customs cannot be accepted as our responsibility. We cannot contact customs to speed up your order.

When you complete your order, you are accepting the Terms as stated above. Please be aware of this when ordering.
